SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Description
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts in the LPG sector. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients such as distributors, commercial establishments, and industrial users, while ensuring the consistent achievement of sales targets and market growth. The position requires a deep understanding of the LPG industry, including distribution channels, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including distributors, resellers, and institutional clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry segments.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities or areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits to clients to assess needs, gather market intelligence, and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure that all transactions and client activities comply with safety and regulatory standards in the LPG industry.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the resolution of client issues, including billing, delivery, or product-related concerns.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in sales, preferably in the LPG, energy, oil & gas, or utilities sector.
- Strong understanding of LPG products, distribution models, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
