Job Description
Generate Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Report on a daily basis for all assigned accounts, by extracting data from Navision (NAV) thru Crystal Report and manually plots in Excel file format as basis for validating and checking of customers’ AR status.
Monitor and evaluate AR from customers with overdue accounts.
Receive daily check collections from collectors and endorse to Treasury Department with complete payment details.
Input payment application and the corresponding creditable withholding tax (CWT) in NAV.
Conduct daily customer call outs, determine reasons for non-payment and provide effective measures to settle overdue accounts and CWT.
Identify and validate customer’s direct payment deposits and endorse to Treasury Department for issuance of official receipt (OR).
Maintain accurate records of customer payment status and refer transaction issues and concerns to Sales and Marketing for validation, confirmation and action.
Facilitate routing and approval of credit memo for validated accounts due for adjustment.
Stratify collection schedules and itinerary to maximize daily trips of collectors.
Prepare and distribute statement of accounts to all customers handled.
Prepare and issue payment commitment reminders/dunning notices to customers with overdue accounts.
Prepare and send out certified true copy of invoices to customers with valid reasons for the request.
Prepare AR past due contributors for credit review and month end reporting purposes.
Conduct monthly credit review of AR contributors with the assigned Business Development Executive (BDE).
Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management and other related courses
With good communication skills
Proficient with MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT)
Knowledgeable with Accounting System (NAVISION) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
With great eye for details and can work with minimal supervision.
