CORPORATE RELATIONS OFFICER
Job Description
1. Stakeholder Relations & Industry Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with LPG regulators such as the Department of Energy (DOE), local government units (LGUs), safety and environmental agencies, and industry associations (e.g., LPGMA).
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, commercial accounts, and industrial customers to support business growth and market programs.
- Serve as the liaison for external inquiries related to corporate and regulatory matters.
2. Regulatory Compliance Support
- Assist in monitoring compliance requirements related to LPG operations, storage, handling, distribution, and safety standards.
- Coordinate submission of corporate documents, permits, licenses, and regulatory reports in collaboration with compliance and operations teams.
- Participate in government consultations, public hearings, and industry discussions involving LPG policies.
3. Corporate Communication & Branding
- Prepare communication materials including corporate briefs, safety bulletins, presentations, and press releases aligned with LPG industry standards.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand as a safe, reliable, and compliant LPG provider.
- Manage corporate announcements related to safety campaigns, CSR programs, and community initiatives.
4. Partnership & Business Development Support
- Identify potential partnerships with commercial clients, industrial users, and institutional accounts.
- Support negotiations and coordination for LPG bulk supply agreements, dealer programs, and corporate partnerships.
- Track partnership performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Event Planning & Representation
- Organize and represent the company in industry conferences, safety seminars, LPG trade events, and government-led forums.
- Facilitate corporate visits, plant tours, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment with safety protocols.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain documentation of stakeholder interactions, regulatory submissions, partnership agreements, and corporate communications.
- Prepare regular reports on external relations activities, regulatory updates, and partnership outcomes.
Job Qualification
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in the LPG, energy, utilities, or related regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of LPG industry regulations, safety standards, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with government agencies, industry partners, and technical teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in regulatory documentation.
- Willingness to visit LPG plants, terminals, and partner sites as needed.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa.
