SYSTEM ANALYST
System Analysts is responsible for maintaining and improving IT-systems for an organization and its clients. This IT role is critical in the process automation, process re-engineering and communication.
System Analyst duties and responsibilities of the job
As a role critical to smooth operation and safe, secure computer systems, a System Analyst job description should include many of the duties and responsibilities below:
- Systems design and framework
- Creation and maintenance of Systems Test Script.
- Participates in conducting Systems Unit Testing, Systems Integration Testing (SIT), UAT, Pilot, Regression Testing and Implementation.
- Troubleshooting technical & procedural issues
- Risk mitigation planning.
- Collaborating with Business Process, Process Owners/Module Champions and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
- Creating system guidelines, sign-off documents and manuals for the organization.
- Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
- Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
- Structuring and prioritizing business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.
Job Qualification
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Engineering course.
- With at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics Industry.
- Knowledgeable in system database such as MS SQL, MySQL, SAP Netsuite Oracle, and Microsoft Navision. Expert in Process Documentation (Flow Chart , Gantt Chart, Technical Manual, Step by Step User’s Manual) using MS Visio, MS Project and other application software.
- With experience in using Middleware, Data Integration App, Business Intelligence and Report Builder Software such as QlikSense, Crystal Report, Cognos Analytics, Tableau & etc.
- Possess critical analytical thinking, strong problem-solving capacity, high-level written and verbal communication skills, project management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willing to be assigned in Alabang Muntinlupa.
