Job Description

Responsible for the processing of trade financing requirements and sourcing foreign currency for trade and non-trade requirements based on approved policies and guidelines of the Company

1.  Responsible for processing trade financing transactions
2. Ensures correct and timely settlement and remittance of trade transactions
3. Ensures proper documentation and recording of trade financing transactions
4. Determines the most efficient mode of effecting import/export financing transactions
5. Maintains current knowledge and close following of foreign currency markets
6. Executes foreign currency transactions
7. Executes financial hedging activities to only cover trade transactions
8. Performs other Treasury related duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Experience

1. Relevant knowledge and experience in Trade Finance and transactions
2. Relevant knowledge and experience in Foreign Currency Markets and transactions
3. Relevant knowledge in Treasury and Banking Transactions
4. Thorough understanding and ability to study international markets
5. Mastery of MS Office, specifically Excel, Word and Powerpoint
