Cylinder Not Safe for Use
Introduction
Cylinder re-classification has an important part in the promotion of Liquigaz Cylinders. It goes hand in hand with program of the company in promoting safety awareness to the end user. This will serve as a minimum standard or guidelines in accepting Non Branded Cylinder (for painting) and Branded Cylinder (for repair/ re-qualification) of Liquigaz Philippines Corporation.

1. Objectives
1.1 To have a standard in Liquigaz cylinder re-classification.
1.2 To eliminate reject cylinder in Liquigaz cylinder circulation.
1.3 To minimize re-furbish / repair cost in Liquigaz.
1.4 To promote Safety Awareness within and outside the plant.

2. Conditions
2.1 There should be one (1) Liquigaz Representative at the re-painting area.
2.2 No other truck is unloading at Liquigaz re-painting area.

3. Procedures
3.1 Upon arrival of the customer truck at the re-painting area, Liquigaz representative should be present to witness the unloading and will do the re-classifying of Non-Branded Empties (NBE) and Branded Empties (BE) cylinder which are subjected for cosmetic paintitngs
3.2 The Liquigaz representative should and will only accept good cylinders. These cylinders are those who pass the minimum standard of Liquigaz on cylinder re-classification.
