• Have a systematic approach to HSES management designed to ensure compliance with the existing law and to achieve continuous performance improvement

• Set targets for improvement, measure, appraise and report our performance

• Require our Contractor to implement HSES policy

• Encourage employees to participate in near-miss, incident and accident reporting influence our local business partners in applying this HSES policy

• Include HSES performance in the appraisal of all employees and reward them accordingly
