Position: Branch Accountant (Sariaya, Quezon)
To efficiently manage LPC site’s operations and provide timely and reliable financial reports in line with the established Company’s Systems and Procedures.
•Ensure that all Site’s transactions are properly documented (Sales Invoice, Credit Memos, Delivery Receipts, Gate Pass, Official/Provisional Receipts, etc.), accounted, and taken up into the Accounting System.
•Ensure that an Efficient Inventory Management is in place for Company’s Large Bulk Stocks, cylinders, and all other Gas and Non-Gas items.
•To satisfy Customers’ concerns and queries ( both internal and external customer including queries from Management.
•Coordinate with Credit and Collection Supervisor to ensure that all customers comply with their set credit limits and credit terms.
•Prompt and timely submission of accurate and reliable reports (Month-end, Daily Sales, Gain/Loss Report, etc.) to give Management a clear picture of Site’s performance and operations, and to help them in their short and long-term decisions.
•Ensure that all collections (Cash and Check) are accounted for and deposited on time.
•Act as a custodian of Company’s assets and all fixed assets on site. To update and reconcile these on a regular basis with Head Office’s fixed assets Register.
•Review and rationalize all operational related functions to ensure internal control compliance.
•Report with corresponding explanation month-end stock and variances.
•Enhance internal control of stock room.
•Ensure accuracy of daily physical count and reconcile with Accounting system.
•Follow and submit all accounting requirements issued by Head Office.
•Monitor and submit records of attendance of contractual personnel and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll (if applicable).
•Reconcile all stock transfer immediately upon receipt of products.
•Monitor all incoming and outgoing products/items in the site and ensure proper documentation (sales invoice, receipts, CPS) and approvals are in place.
•May be assigned in other LPC Branch / Site on a temporary or permanent status depending on job requirement.
•Perform other task that may be assigned by immediate superior/s from time to time.

Position: Depot Operator Job Description:
Applies general understanding of technical concepts, practices and procedures and general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations related to operating and maintaining depot equipment in connection with the receipt, storage, blending and transfer of LPG products.
Ensures all depot equipment, including safety devices and systems, are functioning properly.
Reports all near-misses, incidents and accidents and malfunctioning equipment.
Sets up and gauges LPG transferred to and from tanks and road tankers
Performs valve lineups, switch and tank changes as required to move LPG in and out of storage tanks. Works diligently and follows all safety requirements to prevent product contamination, spills and avoid product loss.
Inputs product information into depot systems applications as required.
Performs tank inspections, make analyses of tank contents and prepare records as required, make routine daily inspection of facilities.
Assists drivers and customers, perform vessel and lorry gantry operations duties as assigned.
Maintains location appearance, carry out minor routine repair and maintenance of equipment, maintain facility in exemplary condition.
Trains and supervises junior operators until they are able to work on their own including and OJTs.
Responds to depot emergencies.
May perform other general operational, maintenance and project work responsibilities as directed.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent. TESDA NCII Instrumentation & Control Servicing passer is an advantage
